3. Prohibited Activities

• Send messages that are deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without proper consent.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Billing & Payments

All fees are billed in advance. There are no refunds for unused credits or partial billing periods unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue balances.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueroots Strategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
